Privacy Policy

How COBNX handles information on its prelaunch website and private interest list.

Effective August 21, 2026

1. Who we are and what this policy covers

This Privacy Policy explains how Cobnx Network Inc. (“COBNX,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Delaware corporation, handles information in connection with the public COBNX website and private interest list (together, the “Site”).

COBNX is in development. The Site is intended for adults age 18 or older in the United States. Joining the private list only registers interest in company and availability updates. The Site does not currently provide a financial product, account, credit application, transaction, or membership.

This policy applies to information processed when you visit the Site, submit the private-list form, or communicate directly with COBNX. It does not apply to a third-party website or service linked from the Site.

2. Information we collect

Private-list information. When you join the private list, we collect and retain:

  • the email address you submit;
  • a one-way hash of the normalized email address used for duplicate detection and request limiting;
  • an internal record identifier and registration status;
  • the consent statement version and the versions of the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use associated with the submission;
  • the Site location from which the form was submitted; and
  • submission and record-update timestamps.

Security-verification information. The private-list form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish people from automated traffic. Turnstile processes browser, device, network, interaction, and security signals necessary to perform that function. The Site sends the resulting verification token and may send your IP address to Cloudflare for server-side validation. Turnstile does not receive the email address entered in the form from COBNX.

Technical and security information. When you use the Site, our infrastructure providers automatically process information needed to deliver and protect it. This may include IP address, approximate network location, request date and time, requested and referring URLs, response information, browser, device, operating-system, protocol, user-agent, performance, error, and security-event information.

Information you send directly. If you contact us, we receive your contact details, message, attachments, and any other information you choose to provide. Please do not send unrequested sensitive personal or financial information.

Device-stored preferences. The Site may store a motion-display preference in your browser’s local storage. The Site code does not transmit that preference to COBNX. Cloudflare may use strictly necessary cookies or similar technologies to deliver security and bot-management functions.

3. How we use information

We use information as reasonably necessary to:

  • register, maintain, administer, and deduplicate private-list entries;
  • provide material company and availability updates requested through the private list if and when those communications begin;
  • record which disclosures and terms applied when an entry was submitted;
  • deliver, maintain, troubleshoot, and secure the Site;
  • detect, investigate, and prevent spam, fraud, attacks, unauthorized automation, and other abuse;
  • respond to requests and messages;
  • comply with law and valid legal process; and
  • establish, exercise, or defend legal rights.

We do not use private-list or Site information to make credit, eligibility, underwriting, pricing, or other financial decisions. Joining the list does not affect eligibility for any future product.

4. How information is disclosed

We may disclose information:

  • To service providers, including Cloudflare, which hosts, delivers, protects, verifies, rate-limits, and stores information for the Site, and providers that support our business communications, only for services they perform for us;
  • For legal and safety reasons, when we reasonably believe disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or service integrity;
  • In a business transaction, such as a financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality and applicable law; and
  • At your direction or with your consent.

We do not sell personal information or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. Cloudflare processing

COBNX uses Cloudflare Workers to serve the Site, Cloudflare D1 to store private-list records, Cloudflare Turnstile to verify submissions, and Cloudflare rate limiting and security services to prevent abuse. A successful submission stores the private-list record in D1. COBNX does not currently send a confirmation email or forward a submission through an email-notification provider.

Cloudflare processes information under its agreements with COBNX and may engage subprocessors. Cloudflare also maintains operational, security, and recovery records according to the relevant service configuration and its applicable terms.

6. Advertising, analytics, and tracking

The Site does not use targeted advertising, advertising pixels, behavioral analytics, session replay, heatmaps, chat monitoring, marketing fingerprinting, or tracking across nonaffiliated websites. The application does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Strictly necessary security technologies may operate as described above.

Because we do not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or track visitors across nonaffiliated websites, browser “Do Not Track” and opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control do not change the Site’s current behavior. COBNX does not authorize third parties to collect personal information about your activities over time and across nonaffiliated websites for advertising. Cloudflare’s security processing is described above. We will reassess this statement before introducing a practice to which such a choice applies.

7. California disclosures

This section supplements the policy for California residents and applies to the extent California privacy law applies to COBNX. In the 12 months preceding this policy, Site operations may have processed identifiers, internet or other electronic-network activity, approximate geolocation derived from an IP address, and the contents of communications sent directly to COBNX. When the private list opens, we also collect the email and registration information described in Section 2. We do not request sensitive personal information through the private-list form.

Sources include you, your browser or device, and Cloudflare. We use these categories for the purposes described in Sections 3 and 5. We disclose identifiers, internet or network activity, and approximate location to Cloudflare for hosting, security, verification, rate limiting, storage, and related business purposes. If you contact us directly, our business-communications provider processes the contact information and communication content needed to provide that service.

COBNX has not sold personal information, shared personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, or disclosed personal information in exchange for money or other valuable consideration during the preceding 12 months. We do not have actual knowledge that we sell or share personal information of anyone under 16.

8. Retention

We retain a private-list record while the list remains active and we reasonably expect to use the record for the purposes described in this policy. We review the continuing need for those records at least annually. If you ask to be removed or COBNX permanently discontinues the list, we will delete or de-identify the active record within a reasonable operational period, ordinarily no more than 60 days, unless longer retention is reasonably necessary for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

Deleted information may remain temporarily in provider-managed recovery systems, security records, or backups until it ages out under the applicable retention cycle. Direct communications and technical records are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which they were collected, subject to the same legal and security exceptions.

9. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed for the nature of the information we handle. Current controls include server-side input validation, same-origin request enforcement, automated-traffic verification, rate limiting, restricted production access, and application logging designed to avoid email addresses and security tokens. No website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

10. Processing locations

COBNX is based in the United States and the Site is U.S.-focused. Our providers and their subprocessors may process information in the United States and other countries. Those locations may have data-protection laws different from the laws where you live. We do not represent that Site information is processed only in the United States.

11. Your choices and requests

You may ask to leave the private list or request access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with your submitted email address by contacting privacy@cobnx.io. We may verify the request proportionately before acting. Where applicable, you may also have rights to know about our processing, obtain a portable copy, appeal a decision, or use an authorized agent. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

Any promotional email we send will provide a method to stop receiving future promotional messages as required by law. Opting out of promotional messages does not prevent a communication that is reasonably necessary to address a request, legal matter, or security issue.

We do not provide a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link because we do not currently sell or share personal information as those terms are used for cross-context behavioral advertising. If that practice changes or such a link becomes legally required, we will update the Site before the change takes effect.

12. Children

The Site is intended for adults age 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information through the Site from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can review and address it.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Site, our providers, our practices, or applicable law changes. We will post the updated policy and revise the effective date. We will provide additional notice before a material change when required by law.

We review this policy when we add or materially change a provider, purpose, form field, retention rule, cookie, script, logging feature, analytics feature, or tracking practice, and at least annually.
