Accessibility Statement

Our accessibility target, current status, and how to request assistance.

Effective August 21, 2026

Our accessibility goal

Cobnx Network Inc. (“COBNX,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) wants people with disabilities to be able to access and use our digital information and private-list form.

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our design, development, and testing target. Accessibility is an ongoing practice, not a one-time certification, and we do not claim that every part of this prelaunch website fully conforms to WCAG 2.2 Level AA.

Measures we take

Our accessibility work includes:

  • semantic page structure, headings, landmarks, labels, status messages, and keyboard-operable controls;
  • visible keyboard focus and a skip link;
  • text contrast, zoom, orientation, and responsive-reflow review;
  • reduced-motion support;
  • client-side and server-side form validation with text error feedback;
  • automated accessibility checks across the home and legal pages;
  • keyboard-only navigation review and cross-browser testing;
  • review of new components and third-party services before release; and
  • tracking, prioritizing, and retesting reported barriers.

Private list and security verification

The private-list form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce automated abuse. The widget is configured to stay unobtrusive unless interaction is required. If the security verification or another part of the form prevents you from registering, contact us using the accessibility address below. We will work with you in good faith on a reasonably effective alternative when feasible.

An accessibility request does not guarantee access to a future product, membership, or program and does not change any eligibility requirement that may lawfully apply in the future.

Current limitations

Our most recent prelaunch review identified that the home-page loading sequence does not yet include a dedicated skip control. Some combinations of complex scroll-driven motion, high-contrast or forced-color settings, browser zoom, orientation changes, assistive technology, and third-party security verification require continued manual validation.

We continue to review these areas. The absence of an item from this section does not mean that no barrier exists.

Request assistance or report a barrier

If you have difficulty using the Site, submitting the private-list form, or obtaining information in an accessible format, email accessibility@cobnx.io or write to the address below.

It is helpful, but not required, to include:

  • the page, form, or feature involved;
  • what you were trying to do and what happened;
  • your browser, device, or assistive technology, if known; and
  • your preferred response method or format.

You do not need to disclose a diagnosis or provide medical documentation. We aim to acknowledge accessibility messages promptly and to provide a progress update, accessible alternative, or resolution as reasonably feasible. Timing may depend on the nature and complexity of the request.

If you believe an issue has not been addressed, reply to the same email and request escalation. We will route it for accessibility, legal, privacy, or executive review as appropriate.

Alternative access

If a digital feature is not accessible to you, we will work with you in good faith to provide the relevant information or a reasonably effective alternative when feasible. Requesting assistance is not a prerequisite to exercising, and does not waive, any right or remedy available under applicable law.

Ongoing review

We review accessibility as the Site changes, retest material releases, and encourage feedback from people with disabilities. We will update this statement when our practices or the Site materially change.

Most recent review: August 21, 2026.
